  • we'll read (or listen to) the chosen book - i'll break it into pieces so it's not too much!

  • you'll receive a weekly email with suggested chapters, thoughtful questions to help you digest the info + mindful reading tips

  • i'll give you a practice to focus on for the week to turn the words into action

  • i'll facilitate an online community for frequent discussion, group coaching + accountability

  • we will meet in-person at the beginning and end to discuss and reflect on the book, activities and more
