you'll receive a weekly email with suggested chapters, thoughtful questions to help you digest the info + mindful reading tips
i'll give you a practice to focus on for the week to turn the words into action
i'll facilitate an online community for frequent discussion, group coaching + accountability
we will meet in-person at the beginning and end to discuss and reflect on the book, activities and more
